About the project
A five-storey building on Mihai Eminescu Street, with timber slats on the gable, balconies facing the mountains and the train station a ten-minute walk away.
Bucegii la Fereastră Residence is a new building with 26 apartments at Str. Mihai Eminescu nr. 9B in Bușteni, Prahova County, Romania, built by KALINDERU SKI SRL, a Bușteni company that has been building in the town since 2005. It has a lower ground floor, a ground floor, two floors and an attic floor, with a lift: studios of 51–55 m², one-bedroom apartments of 55–77 m² and two-bedroom apartments of 76–88 m², areas that include the balcony or the patio. All of them have underfloor heating, an intercom and finishes chosen by the buyer; almost all have a balcony, and three apartments on the lower ground floor have a sunken patio. Bușteni train station is a 10-minute walk away, the shops 5 minutes, and the cable car to Babele and the Kalinderu ski slope 7 minutes by car.

Noi suntem multumiti de apartamentul achizitionat in cladirea construita de ei in str. Prundului. Sunt seriosi, au respectat termenele de predare, comunicarea a fost foarte buna, calitatea lucrarilor este foarte buna. Constructorul, administratorul si echipa, niste oameni de treaba, muncitori si de cuvant.

As dori sa va impartasesc experienta mea personala in legatura cu achizitionarea apartamentului din proiectul "Bucegii la fereastra" din Zamora Busteni in luna decembrie 2025. Locuim in strainatate de 25 de ani si in ultimii ani am hotarat sa achizitionam o locuinta la munte. Dupa indelungi cautari,dezamagiri,esecuri si experiente neplacute,am avut sansa de a gasi casa potrivita de la omul potrivit . Onestitatea,cinstea,modestia si bunele intentii ne-au calauzit pasii in "odiseea " achizitionarii casei...din momentul in care am avut onoarea si sansa de a cunoaste/intalni pe Domnul Cristian Stratan,dezvoltatorul de la care am achizitionat apartamentul. Primii pasi in tranzactie au fost timizi,suspiciosi dar profesionalismul si increderea cu care am fost inconjurati si tratati...ne-au calauzit pasii si ne-au dat cea mai buna senzatie...ca suntem pe maini bune. Profesionalismul,dorinta de a ajuta si "imprastia"orice "norisor"de scepticism si indoiala,raspuns logic la fiecare semn de intrebare si nelamurire,ne-au calauzit de la prima intalnire si pana la intrarea deplina in drepturile de proprietari. De asemenea,apreciem in mod special,ajutorul inestimabil pe care l-am primit si inca ne bucuram de acest privilegiu,acordat de Domnul Niki Marinescu,in responsabilitatea caruia se afla orice detaliu tehnic -administrativ,"mentorul" spiritual si practic al intregului "sistem"legat de birocratie,logistica si inca infinite probleme legate de achizitionarea unei case noi,de la primul impact si pana la somnul linistit in noua casa achizitionata. Rabdarea,tactul,eleganta,profesionalismul Domnului Niki ,ne-au ajutat sa trecem peste toate obstacolele birocratice si . .administrative Desigur apreciem increderea deplina si cinstea ,virtuti atat de importante in achizitionarea unei case. Prin modestele cuvinte,am intentionat sa imi exprim recunostinta si aprecierea pentru efortul depus de echipa "Bucegii "la fereastra care au atins si depasit nivelul cerintelor profesionale,tehnice si in privinta resurselor umane, pe tot drumul parcurs in achizitionarea apartamentului. How big are the apartments?
The studios are 51–55 m², the one-bedroom apartments 55–77 m² and the two-bedroom ones 76–88 m², including the balcony or the patio. The usable area is between 32 and 62 m².
Which area is shown for each apartment?
The listed area includes the balcony or patio. The usable area, the floor space inside the home, is shown separately on each apartment’s sheet.
What does the building come with?
A lift up to the attic floor, underfloor heating, an intercom and balconies on almost every apartment. The finishes are chosen from several options, and on the attic floor the ceiling is partly sloped.
Can you see the mountains from the apartments?
The building’s balconies face the mountains. The exact orientation of each apartment — north, south, east or west — is shown on its own card, under “What’s available, floor by floor”.
What is a sunken patio?
Apartments 3, 4 and 5 on the lower ground floor have a 13–16 m² open-air space in front of the living room, belonging to the apartment.
