    Questions

How do I find out the prices?

The price depends on the floor, the orientation and the area. Leave us your number and we’ll call you with the list of available apartments and their prices.

Which apartments are available right now?

You can see them up to date on the home page, under “What’s available, floor by floor”: pick the floor and you get every apartment with its area, orientation and status. The status comes straight from our sales records.

    How big are the apartments?

The studios are 51–55 m², the one-bedroom apartments 55–77 m² and the two-bedroom ones 76–88 m², including the balcony or the patio. The usable area is between 32 and 62 m².

Which area is shown for each apartment?

The listed area includes the balcony or patio. The usable area, the floor space inside the home, is shown separately on each apartment’s sheet.

What does the building come with?

A lift up to the attic floor, underfloor heating, an intercom and balconies on almost every apartment. The finishes are chosen from several options, and on the attic floor the ceiling is partly sloped.

Can you see the mountains from the apartments?

The building’s balconies face the mountains. The exact orientation of each apartment — north, south, east or west — is shown on its own card, under “What’s available, floor by floor”.

    What is a sunken patio?

Apartments 3, 4 and 5 on the lower ground floor have a 13–16 m² open-air space in front of the living room, belonging to the apartment.

    Who is building it?

KALINDERU SKI SRL, Cristian Stratan’s company from Bușteni, which has been building in the town since 2005: the villas at Piatra Arsă, Poiana Mărului and Griviței, then six River Side projects.

How close are the train station and the cable car?

Bușteni train station is a 10-minute walk away, the shops 5 minutes, and the cable car to Babele and the Kalinderu ski slope 7 minutes by car.

How far along is the building work?

The photos from the building site, with the date each was taken, and the stage we’re at are on the Progress page.

Can I rent the apartment out to tourists?

At the viewing we’ll explain the steps for short-term holiday letting and help you with them.

    Where do viewings take place?

At Str. Mihai Eminescu nr. 9B in Bușteni, by appointment on +40 722 218 862.
