Cookie policy

Last updated: 21 September 2026.

The website uses your browser’s storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) and, only if you accept in the banner, the Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity cookies. Without your consent none of them is loaded. The Google map is a separate matter, described below.

What’s needed for the website to work

bucegii-acord (localStorage, 6 months): remembers whether you accepted or declined visit measurement, so we don’t ask you on every page.

The session cookie of the admin area: only the sales team receives it, after logging in. Website visitors never do.

What only starts with your consent

If you click “Accept” in the banner, the open tab keeps (in sessionStorage) a temporary visit identifier, the page you landed on, where you came from (a search, an ad, a link or directly), the device type, how many pages you viewed and the button that took you to the form. We send this only to our own server, to learn which pages and ads bring enquiries. Everything disappears when you close the tab.

Also after “Accept”, the Google tag from Google Ireland Limited is loaded. Google Analytics shows us which pages are read and where visits come from. Google Ads shows us which ads bring enquiries and calls, and lets Google show you our ads again. The name and phone number from the form never reach Google.

_ga and _ga_… (Google Analytics, up to 2 years): tell visits apart. _gcl_au and _gcl_aw (Google Ads, up to 90 days): link an enquiry or a call to the ad you came from. Google may process this data outside the European Union, under the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. How Google uses the data: policies.google.com.

Also after “Accept”, Microsoft Clarity from Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited is loaded. Clarity shows us how the site is used: where people click, how far they scroll and where they stop, including through recordings of the visit. What you type in the form is hidden in the recordings and never reaches Microsoft.

_clck (up to 1 year): recognises the browser on the next visit. _clsk (1 day): links the pages of one visit together. Microsoft also sets its own cookies on clarity.ms and bing.com and may process the data outside the European Union, under the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. How Microsoft uses the data: privacy.microsoft.com.

If you click “Decline”, none of this is stored and Google Analytics, Google Ads and Clarity are not loaded, and the form and the rest of the website work just the same. If you accepted and change your mind, clicking “Decline” also deletes the Google and Clarity cookies.

How to change your choice

Click “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page, or the button here, and choose again. You can also clear the site’s stored data at any time in your browser settings.

Links to other websites

The links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook and Instagram take you to their websites, which have their own cookie rules. Nothing from them loads on our pages until you click. The exception is the Google map on the home page and the Contact page: it loads from Google when you reach it on the page, without asking for consent; Google then receives your IP address and may use its cookies, under its own rules.

How we use the data you send us through the form is explained in our privacy policy.
