What data we collect
When you fill in the form: your name, phone number, the type of apartment you’re interested in and, if you picked one on the website, the apartment. We also keep the page you came from, the source of the visit (for example a search or an ad), the type of device and the IP address the request was sent from.
When you browse the website, and only if you accept in the banner on your first visit, we count the pages you view using a temporary identifier kept only in the open browser tab (details in our cookie policy). Also only with your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity to see which pages and ads bring enquiries and how the site is used.
Why we use it
To call you with the information you asked for about the apartments and to arrange viewings (legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box in the form). We only measure visits and ads, including through Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity, with your consent from the banner, which you can withdraw at any time from “Cookie settings”. We use the IP address and submission limits to stop abuse of the form (legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the website).
How long we keep it
For as long as we are discussing an apartment. If we lose touch, the contact details are automatically anonymised 3 years after our last conversation. The IP address is removed from the request after 6 months.
Who sees it
The data from the form is seen only by the project’s sales team, in our internal request-tracking system. We don’t sell it or give it to anyone else.
If you accepted measurement, Google Ireland Limited receives data about the visit: the pages viewed, the ad you came from and the identifiers in its cookies. Your name and phone number never reach Google. Google may process this data outside the European Union, under the safeguards of the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Also with your consent, Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited receives through Clarity how the site is used: where people click, how far they scroll, which pages they view. What you type in the form is hidden and never reaches Microsoft. Microsoft may process this data outside the European Union, under the same safeguards.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to see your data, correct it, have it deleted or stop being contacted, by emailing the address above. You can lodge a complaint with the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
The map
The drawn map on the website is our own and doesn’t load from any other service. The Google map on the home page and the Contact page loads from Google when you reach it on the page; Google then receives your IP address and may use its cookies, under its own rules. The “Open in Google Maps” link only takes you to Google’s website if you click it.
