The Piatra Arsă complex
Two villas on Ana Ipătescu Street, in the Piatra Arsă area, with 21 holiday apartments. The complex itself was named “Bucegii la fereastră”.

About the project
The villas stand on 2,000 m² of land, with 1,500 m² built. Each apartment has a large terrace with a mountain view.
They included studios and one-bedroom apartments, sold directly by us, commission-free.
What we’ve built
- Concrete frame and shear-wall structure
- 30 cm Porotherm brick masonry
- Polystyrene and mineral wool insulation
- PVC windows with low-E double glazing, security front door
- A boiler for each apartment, separate meters
- Lift, intercom and alarm
- A storage unit for each apartment, on-site parking
- Furnished bathrooms
- Green spaces, natural stone paths and outdoor lighting
