Vila Griviței
27 one- and two-bedroom apartments at Str. Griviței nr. 26, in Poiana Țapului.
About the project
The building has a ground floor, two upper floors and two attic levels. We built it like our other villas: as a mountain house, with apartments looking out onto the Bucegi.
The one-bedroom apartments came in six layouts, and the two-bedroom ones in five, with one or two bathrooms.

What we’ve built
- Reinforced concrete structure with brick masonry
- 10 cm external polystyrene (Swisspor EPS 80)
- Gealan PVC windows with Maco hardware
- Its own 28 kW Immergas condensing boiler
- Wooden flooring in the rooms, tiles in the bathroom and kitchen
- Cersanit sanitaryware and bathroom furniture
- Separate electrical circuits for each socket
- A private storage unit and parking space for each apartment
