Vila Poiana Mărului
One- and two-bedroom apartments on the banks of the Prahova, next to Cantacuzino Castle, all with views of the Bucegi.
About the project
The villa is close to the town centre and the station, so you can get around Bușteni on foot or by bike, without a car.
The architecture is alpine in style, with solid wood details made by local carpenters.
Besides the one- and two-bedroom apartments, the attic floor has duplexes with a mezzanine. All of them have large terraces with mountain views.
What we’ve built
- Its own boiler, a storage unit, an intercom and a parking space for each apartment
- Separate meters
- Insulation and double glazing, with low running costs
- Marazzi tiles, wooden flooring, bathroom furniture
- Usable area including terrace: 61 m² for one-bedroom, 74 m² for two-bedroom
- 61 m² (built) duplexes on the attic floor
