What the website contains
The website presents the Bucegii la Fereastră Residence development in Bușteni, Str. Mihai Eminescu nr. 9B, and the projects we built before it. The information here is for presentation only. It is not a binding offer of sale and does not replace a contract.
Apartments, prices and availability
The status of each apartment (available, reserved, sold) is updated from our internal records and may lag behind by a few minutes. Prices, when shown, are indicative and include VAT. An apartment is only reserved and sold through documents signed by both parties, and the final terms are those in the preliminary contract and the sale contract.
Renderings, floor plans and areas
The renderings and the video are made by BTFARCH and show how the development will look; they are not photographs of the finished building. The floor plans on the website are simplified drawings based on the architect’s design. The furniture in the renderings and plans only shows how the space can be used and is not included in the price unless the contract says otherwise. The exact areas, finishes and fittings are those in the technical documentation and the contract.
The contact form
By using the form, you ask us to contact you about the apartments. Please give accurate details that you are entitled to use. How we use your data and how long we keep it is explained in our privacy policy. Automated submissions and messages unrelated to the project are blocked and deleted.

Copyright
The texts, floor plans, photos of our projects and the website’s graphics belong to KALINDERU SKI SRL. The renderings and the video were made by BTFARCH for this project. The photos of nearby places come from Wikimedia Commons, each credited with its author and licence. Our content may not be copied or used for other purposes without our written consent.
Links to other websites
The website links to Google Maps, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram and to the websites of associations in Bușteni. These open on their own websites, which have their own terms and privacy policies.
Liability
We take care to keep the information on the website accurate and up to date. If you find something wrong, tell us and we’ll correct it. Before deciding to buy, confirm with us the details that matter to you; what is signed in the contract takes precedence over what appears on the website.
Consumer protection
